When you are working in the SAS Life Science Analytics Framework 5.3 workspace, opening a file or program with a relative path within a job and subsequently saving the job can result in the path for that program or file being changed from relative to absolute.
A fix for this issue is available beginning with SAS® Life Science Analytics Framework 5.3.1.
